Chicago Fashion Foundation (CFF) and Capital Sports Entertainment (CSE) will partner in a fashion extravaganza that will feature a spectrum of up and coming as well as established designers in several fashion runway shows as a part of the two-day Lollapalooza music festival to be held in Chicago’s Grant Park on July 23 and 24.
The fashion shows will showcase a select group of designers who will be chosen from the Designer Showcase Contest.
“We are excited about partnering up with CSE & Lollapalooza to showcase the talents of designers who may not otherwise have an opportunity to have their fashions seen by such a large audience,” said (Rob Bramlette, Founding Board Member, CFF). “It’s an honor for CFF to be chosen by CSE to produce one of the largest fashion events Chicago has ever seen”.
The contest is open to the public. Designers interested in entering the contest should send their design line sheets and press kit electronically to firstname.lastname@example.org . Selected fashion designers will also have the opportunity to sell their fashions on both days of Lollapalooza. The contest will run from May 31 – June 24. Winners will be announced on June 28.
